Cancellation Policy
At NA Beauty Studio, your time is valued and I strive to provide the best service possible. In return, I kindly ask that you respect my time as well. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This allows me to accommodate other clients. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee may apply.
I understand emergencies happen, and in such case, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule without a penalty fee.
